Returns & Exchanges
At this time we do not accept returns or exchanges on magazines, accessory products or sale items. However, if anything happens to your item during transit (getting lost, damaged,) or you receive the incorrect product, we will replace your item at no charge.
We do accept returns of unwashed, unworn clothing in its original packaging with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Any returns requested for orders after this period will not be accepted. Orders placed with store credit can only be refunded in store credit.
At this time the customer is responsible for the cost of the return or exchange. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is accepted, a refund will be issued. Funds can take 5-10 business days to appear in the account of your original payment method.
